Can Horde play Paladin in WoW Forever?
Yes, through the Forsaken. Paladin was Alliance-only in Classic, and Skyborne can’t roll Paladin, so Undead is the only announced route for Horde. Blizzard also features the Forsaken Paladin on the game page and the Battle.net Shop.
Bandarion Keep and the Forsaken Paladin story
Forsaken Paladins get their own class storyline built around Bandarion Keep, which sits in the Whispering Wood in Tirisfal Glades, the Undead starting zone.
For timeline context, Forever takes place after Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom and before Molten Core. Blizzard hasn’t shared the quest steps, the level the chain starts at, or its rewards yet.
Also worth a look for Undead players: the new dungeon list includes Ruins of Lordaeron for levels 15–20, and Blizzard lists the Forsaken reclaiming Lordaeron among the dungeon themes.
The level 60 epic mount quest
At 60, Forsaken Paladins get an epic mount quest themed around Retribution. The Forsaken Paladin section of Blizzard’s Found Photos recap shows an armored charger.

Mounts work differently in Forever in general: the cost moves to riding training, and you get a mount when you learn riding. There’s no flying.
Paladin changes that matter
Paladin got the most detailed class breakdown in Blizzard’s Deep Dive. Talent trees keep their 11/21/31-point tiers and add a new 16-point tier, and these are the Paladin changes shown so far:
- Holy Strike at level 6.
- Judgement no longer consumes your seal.
- Seal of Fury for tanks.
- Consecration baseline at level 20.
- Blessing of Kings is baseline, no talent needed.
- Still no interrupt.
Undead racials on a Paladin
Each race in Forever has 2 active and 2 passive racials. For Undead, three changes are confirmed: Will of the Forsaken no longer grants immunity, Cannibalize restores mana, and Touch of the Grave is new.
Paladins run on mana, so Cannibalize restoring it is a straight win for the class. Losing the immunity on Will of the Forsaken is the change you’ll notice most in PvP.
