Got disconnected? Do this first
- Check for an outage: @BlizzardCS (Americas) or @BlizzardCSEU_EN (Europe) on X. If it's server-side, all you can do is wait.
- Restart your PC.
- Power-cycle your modem and router, and sort out a weak Wi-Fi or slow connection if you're on one.
- Run the repair tool in the Battle.net app.
- Using addons? Update them, then turn them all off with Main Menu > Addons > Disable All.
- Still dropping? Do a full UI reset.
That's the Connection section of Blizzard's WoW Technical Troubleshooting article, which also says to check the article for your specific code first.

How to fix WOW51900319
This is the one most people search for. Blizzard's article says it pops up when the game drops its connection to the server. Step one is checking @BlizzardCS for a known issue; if there isn't one, move on to the Connection steps in the Technical Troubleshooting article.
As a last resort you can tick 'Enable IPv6 when available' under Options > Network. The article warns this can cause other problems in some regions, so switch it back off if things get worse.
Stuck at 'Connecting' or can't reach the character list
For instant disconnects at login, Blizzard again starts with the status accounts and Realm Status. Next, run Options > Check for Updates in the Battle.net app and make sure the Region / Account picker above the Play button is set correctly.
If that doesn't do it, renew your IP, flush DNS, update drivers and your OS, and delete the Battle.net Tools folder. The app rebuilds that folder on its own.
Frequent disconnects and high latency
If 'Disconnected from Blizzard Services' keeps coming back along with high latency, check whether the service is down first and try later if it is. If it's up, reset your UI, restart your network gear and improve your wireless connection. Blizzard can't fix ISP-side problems, so those go to your provider.
On the beta, Blizzard pushed an EU routing fix on September 21 for the lag and disconnects testers were seeing. Other beta-only bugs are tracked in Blizzard's Known Issues thread on the forums.
